Prices indicated on the www.welcomerecords.com website are indicated in Euros, excluding VAT (taxes) and delivery fees. They may be modified at any time and without prior notice.
To the indicated price must be added delivery fees that are calculated according to the type of articles ordered and the type of delivery chosen by the customer. Delivery fees will be shown on screen when the customer has finished his selection of different products, it will also be indicated in the purchase order preceding validation.
The total amount is to be paid on the day of purchase. Prices shown on the website are the ones valid at the time of purchase, subject to availability, typing errors and any modifications of the French VAT. Any fluctuation of this rate would instantly impact the selling-price.

1 – Generalities

These General Sales Conditions aim at regulate the contractual relations between the Association WELCOME RECORDS, based at WELCOME RECORDS [ address….]  France, and the customer, defined hereunder as the user of the www.welcomerecords.com website, who is in agreement with these General Sales Conditions.

Only written confirmation from its behalf do bind WELCOME RECORDS to any other conditions that may be necessary. The information given on the website are for general information only and may be modified by the association WELCOME RECORDS without prior notice.

The act of ordering on the WELCOME RECORDS website indicates that the customer is in agreement with the General Sales Conditions.

2 – Products

The characteristics of the products on sale may be found on the website under the heading “CATALOG”. Images or descriptions are not contractual. The association declines all responsibility in case of errors. Are only contractual the title of the products.

If the customer wishes to place an order, he will be asked to identify himself. In order to do so, he will fill in a form – according to the indication given online –where he should indicate any necessary information for his identification, and more especially his name, first name, telephone number, postal address and delivery address. Further information may be requested at a later stage to ensure the quality and security of the delivery.

Once the customer has chosen his products, he shall validate and confirm his order by clicking on the “place order” (“valider la commande”) button, hence committing himself and accepting the General Sales Conditions. From this moment, the order is recorded and a purchase order number is communicated to the customer, as well as a confirmation number on screen and/or by a confirmation email. Data recorded by the Association WELCOME RECORDS are a proof of the nature, content and date of order.

No unilateral cancellation of order will be accepted without the Association WELCOME RECORDS‘ consent.

The delivery will be made at the address specified by the customer on his purchase order. It will be made by regular post or by a carrier. The order will only be dispatched once the customer has validated his order and when the total amount due has been paid. Prior approval for payment must be received by the “centres de paiement bancaires”. In case of refusal from these above-mentioned centres, the purchase order will be immediately cancelled.

Moreover, the Association WELCOME RECORDS reserves the right to refuse the completion of any order made by a customer with whom they would currently be in dispute.

In accordance with the law of 6 January 1978 on “information technology and civil liberties”, you have a right of access and modification to your data. In the case of distance selling, this information is necessary for the processing and shipping of your orders.
All these data are strictly confidential and will in no circumstances be transmitted to a third party.

As from the day of delivery of your order, if you are a physical person, you have 7 days  to use your statutory rights of withdrawal and be fully refunded (including delivery fees), postage fees for returning the products remaining at your charge. However, incomplete products, used, damaged or soiled will not be accepted. As for all product returns, the customer shall beforehand obtain a refund number for the Association WELCOME RECORDS by filling in a reimbursement form, which can be requested by email at catalog@welcomerecords.com.

The Association WELCOME RECORDS reserves the right to ask for a guarantee check and ID justification and/or residence certificate of the customer in the event the total amount of the purchase would be important.

By cheque:
The customer sends a cheque of the total amount of the order (including delivery fees), labelled to the Association WELCOME RECORDS. The purchase order number and the details of the order must be written at the back of the check.
